Le uve intere vengono introdotte nella pressa pneumatica e il mosto che si ottiene dalla loro spremitura soffice, dopo un primo travaso viene collocato nei serbatoi di fermentazione a temperatura controllata. Il vino rimane quindi sulle fecce per alcuni mesi e poi si procede all’imbottigliamento.
The entire grapes are introduced into the pneumatic press and the must obtained from the soft pressing, after a first racking, is placed in the fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine remains on the lees for several months and is then bottled.
A perfect accompaniment for Mediterranean first courses with rock-fish and cherry tomatoes. Excellent with raw ham and melon or with fresh, creamy cheeses.
