Very pale straw yellow colour. From white grapes which provide pleasant and fresh fruity notes, from apple to edelflower.

Secondary fermentation
The white grapes are put into the pneumatic press for soft pressing and the resulting must, after a first racking, is put into controlled temperature tanks where it remains until it is used for the production of the beverage.
Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, perfect for non-alcohol parties and celebrations.
