Carolina Fioravanti Onesti began almost by chance to help acquaintances and friends review the teachings that she had the good fortune to learn from an early age, growing up in a family whose history required a good education. His parents lovingly but firmly believed in the principle that “being the best version of ourselves” was a duty rather than a privilege. Requests for suggestions and advice about what to do or what is best avoided have increased to lead her to Villa Sandi, where she will teach the fun (but precise) art of receiving guests, of being at the table in the most appropriate way, in the family as well as outside, to set the table for different occasions, applying the classic rules to current times.

The importance of knowing how to behave properly, on every occasion, helps to be self-confident and to enjoy an evening with friends and acquaintances.

But what matters most is the value of making guests feel at ease on all occasions in which being hosts represents the style and content of those who bring that home to life.

There are very few tricks to move harmoniously in any environment: a kind smile, an appropriate tone of voice and a thank you are the first step.
