Production area

Area of the Marca Trevigiana, extending from the Montello hill to the foot of the Dolomites, on the right of the Piave river.

Training system

Guyot system with 4000 vines per hectare.

Yield per hectare

110 quintals of grapes.

Winemaking

Whole grapes are put into the pneumatic press for soft pressing and the resulting must is put into controlled temperature fermentation tanks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place here at no more than 18°C in order to enhance the fruity and slightly aromatic fragrance. After a first racking the wine is left to age on the lees with frequent battonage for over 4 months. Then the wine is ready to be bottled

Pairing

Its structure and character make it perfect for accompanying Mediterranean type first courses, fish baked in paper and roasted white meats.
